And no doubt, cutting out sugar has some health benefits. Including the fact that by using this in place of regular sugar, you can decrease your caloric intake.I also find that when I’m making coffee drinks with this and eating better, I don’t have the cravings for/or even miss real sugar.It’s actually the opposite. Once I get used to eating a higher protein, lower calorie diet, I find that most prepackaged or “junk” food tastes far too sweet.I haven’t baked with this product but I would, without any fears.And the ingredients are far better than the ones in those pink packet sweeteners!I’m impressed with Swerve. I used this in a high protein, low calorie cookie recipe. It worked really well! You can substitute it for sugar in a recipe on a 1:1 ratio. Taste is sweet, tastes good in baked goods.

En pâtisserie, j'ai aussi remarqué que les gâteaux ne gonflent pas la même chose mais franchement on est bien content-e de pouvoir rester gourmand-e sans les dégâts des autres produits naturels sucrants.

I discovered this zeroo-sugar sweetener in an online recipe. I made tens of desserts with it. It's simply marvelous. It tastes the same as sugar can sugar, you use it in the same proportions and it bakes very well. It's amazing.
