So far, so good. I had zero problems setting it up, except for one weird thing which I guess is more entertaining that it is a problem - it won't let me change some of the settings from UK to US. Other than that, not sure what else to say. Smooth operation, and it came with Windows 11 pre-installed! Nice, small form factor, and no noise from the fan. I have it connected to my 65" TV, and I mainly use it for browsing and looking up guitar tabs to play along with. It has no stutter, no lag, no issues. I have a microphone, an audio interface, and a keyboard connected, along with a pair of Bluetooth connected speakers and I installed a 2TB drive in it which was about as easy as could be, and it's connected to my home network via Ethernet. I would certainly buy another one if I ever had a need. I don't use it for gaming of any sort so I cannot speak to the how great the graphics or process are in that regard.

This little pc is amazing. It’s a small form but packs a big punch. It handled everything that I threw at it without hesitation. Has plenty of usb ports, it also has an Ethernet port which is very nice for hardwiring it into the network. The cost is amazing, it has a slight fan sound but nothing that’s overly loud. If you’re looking for a small form pc this is it.

I got this as a space saver, rather than a full sized tower. It has surpassed all of my expectations. Super simple startup procedures and wicked fast. I added a 3.0 usb expansion dongle and it has been perfection. I’m gonna get one for my mother as well.

Currently use 3 of these devices and have 6 other BeeLink Mini's. The Blackview is very fast and stable. These units are running 24/7 for the last 6 months with zero issues. I will be buying more as our business grows. Highly recommend these.
1.0 out of 5 stars Missing/Broken plastic outta the box, doesn’t start up properly!
This is the first computer I’ve ever bought so I wasn’t sure what I was expecting. Right out of the box I noticed a gap/hole in the side of the plastic. At first I assumed maybe it was supposed to be there for the fans to blow out or something, because I have absolutely no computer knowledge. I thought there’s no way I’d get sent a broken item. I managed to get it started and make a wallpaper and whatnot and after a couple minutes the computer shut itself off and when it turned back on the screen was completely stuck on “Aptio Setup” which you see in the 3rd picture. I then came to check the reviews, looked at some of the other images and realized nobody else has a gap in the side of their plastic like mine!! It does look like something might’ve chipped off because there is a slight discoloration in the paint when you shine flashlight. I feel like I received a refurbished computer or a computer that someone was working on. Not to mention, the online description says there is a webcam in the box but there was not. I don’t know why I believed that. I’m not going to try to troubleshoot it or get a replacement because this has left me really disappointed but these are also very cheap computers. I will update my return process as well as customer service feedback. Buyer beware!
