Nice and quiet, dimmable light with their cool touch screen switch. Looks nice, seems built well too. As long as it lasts for many years, I'd buy it again if it ever dies. The only negative I can think of is that the tiny little box they have to hold the wire-nuts after install is way too small, so you'll most likely need a little junction box or something next to it to be within code (if you need to have it inspected). I got mine used, the first one showed up missing the light. The second one came obviously installed and removed for some reason, but works nicely. Light is just the right brightness.

My husband hooked this up pretty easily. It runs very quiet and looks nice in the space. The light is bright enough to add good lighting for the bathroom! It’s perfect for what we needed it for.

We got this unit to replace the old and noisy NuTone 696N units installed in one of our bathrooms. We wanted a low-noise, efficient extractor with lights included and after checking other units from our local Home Depot and reading reviews we decided to get this one. It has about the same cut area required on the roof so it was the perfect replacement. On top of that, the existing extractor had the duct port pointing to the opposite direction which required an additional twist on the 3" tube in the attic decreasing performance and increasing noise (to be honest, the people that installed the existing NuTone did a terrible job securing the housing case to a nearby beam and attached a 3" duct that was too short for the required path).The installation was very easy, and the wiring was clearly labelled so we used 3-way wire connectors (the bathroom has one switch for both the light and the fan).The noise was noticeably reduced (the original NuTone listed 4 sones, this one lists 1.1 sones for 80CFM) and the humidity after a hot bath was removed very quickly (note that this bathroom's floor area is only 46 square feet and this is a 80CFM): the mirrors defogged after about 3 minutes (compared to 10-15minutes with the old unit: note that you need to open the bathroom door to reduce defogging time). The light is not as yellowish as the ones installed over the vanity mirror. I read other reviews complaining about the light being too strong, too yellow and the wiring being too complicated. I don't agree with any of these statements. This unit has a modern and streamlined design which looks good in the bathroom it was installed. We were very satisfied with the unit and we purchased another (model 7117-01-BN) for the main bathroom to match the brushed nickel finish of the faucet and accessories there. We hope that the LED lights last for many years; we also hope that the manufacturer sells a replacement light fixture in case the lights fail.

I've bought 3 of these now and am quite happy. The value is excellent and the versatile install options are nice. New install is far easier than a retro-fit, but that was to be expected since I was fighting with old piping. The system is very quiet on a 4 inch exhaust as designed. Originally I had one of them connected to a 3 inch adapter and it was more noisy than desired and didn't seem to be performing properly. I moved it up to a full 4 inch line and all of those issues disappeared. I recommend running the light via a dimmer switch because at 100% it is super bright aka harsh. I installed the first one about a year ago and no issues.

This Bathroom Fan with Integrated LED Light is a perfect addition! The fan is quiet but powerful, keeping moisture under control, and the LED light is bright and energy-efficient. Easy to install and works great. A must-have for any bathroom upgrade!

It works as intended, our master bath never had a fan in it just a light. Over the 10+ years we have lived here it started to get bad with mold growing everywhere in the bathroom. We would clean it then it would come back decided it was time for a fan. The fan does what I needed it to do and does it quietly, really can't even hear it in the master bedroom when the door to the bathroom is closed. Light is nice and bright, fan sucks the humidity out it does not keep all the humidity out as you can still see the mirror fog up a bit but its not dripping wet anymore and within minutes of turning off the shower and opening the door the humidity is gone. It was so bad before that we would have moisture dripping down the walls. Install was a bit of a pain but that was nothing to do with the light/fan it was more the running of a new 14/3 electrical wire to run a double switch one for fan and one for light and how my house was wired in the first place. Wiring was easily 80% of the total install time for me, if I had an existing fan easily would have been able to hook this up in less than an hr.

Just isn't strong enough. Bought this because it was one of the few that would fit our space to replace an existing one. Was a major pain to connect to existing pipe. Could not easily access it and install. Also bought two duds before one would work. Once installed the unit does not pull enough air. Would definitely return if I could have found a better one and it wasn't such a pain to remove. Makes next to no noise which is the problem in that it isn't pulling the air.
Great Light & Quiet Fan!
The actual finished light housing is a little smaller than described, just in case you are hoping to cover any existing round hole without any drywall work... which i was lol. I was able to wire the fan separate from the light which was nice and the fan is very quiet. The only issues I had was the instructions are vague and the wire connections will never fit within the housing once installed.
