Would be healthy if they could be tolerated...they repeat strongly so its not for before bed. May be better taken in the middle of a bigger meal...

So not sure how well or if it works for me, I heard it can lower antibodies on thyroid, haven't tested yet to see the difference. It does make me burp like crazy so am taking it before bed and problem solved. Will update when I find or see more.
