Took for several months. I gave it up for a while. Now having a lot of sharp pain returning so I am now going back to using it. I see now it was working more than I thought. I really like these pills and felt they did improve my mobility. I would have given five stars but they changed the easy to deplore tablets to a gel cap which are harder to swallow for me and they leave bright orange dust everywhere and on my hands! Wish they would go back to the original caplet!

Voltaren is easy, convenient to take. I've used straight turmeric before, this has a few extras in it, and it does help ease the discomfort in my knees when I'm going up and down stairs, or walking up and down hills on the trails I walk on. Recommend it. It is not a complete fix, but it does help me anyway.

I've tried Voltaren gel and that worked for me. Only thing is It worked slowly. Because of that, I wanted to take ibuprofen which I could not take if I am using any other NSAID product. So, I tried these Voltaren capsules which did not provide any relief for me.
