Why did you pick this product vs others?:I choose this after watching a video on best ways to caulk baseboards. Ease of use:It works great with fresh paintable caulk but is a mess when spreading waterproof siliconSize:The smallest bead is still a little bigger than I like to use. I understand the company is considering making a new size.

There was nothing wrong with the block. It was totally user error. I called the Id10t helpline for this one. It was so hard to clean and not worth wasting 2 rolls of paper towels and a 1/2 tube of caulk. Watching a week worth of videos didn’t help. Definitely, this tool is for professionals.

Great tool
Very easy to use, the size makes it easy to do behing the taps and awkward areas. Looks durable material, very easy to clean after use.
Works well, but the bead is too thick for most uses
Theres a bit of a knack in using it properly, but it does a good job once you get the hang of it.Even so, the bead is a bit thicker than I would have liked.I saw the manufacturer were talking about producing a 2nd model which could do smaller beads, but after a couple of years nothing seems to have come of if, which seems like a missed opportunity.

Simple to use, great result. Don’t over apply silicone, then it works a treat.
Good design but expensive
