I love this product and the pricing is in the same price range as other powders. It has no smell or taste which is what I wanted. It easily mixes into almond milk using my small BlendJet. No lumps, no aftertaste or unusual texture and it gets some nice foam. I wanted to add my own flavoring, cacao and micro-coffee powder. Also can add in fiber powder if you want. With no added sweetener the above mix is a great breakfast both as a drink or sometimes I add it to a bowl of oatmeal, berries etc. it says made in the USA- but it does not say anything about the origin of the eggs (yes I know origin from chickens-lol)

I was a little apprehensive about the smell or taste but this is a great substitute for egg whites -- especially for cocktails. I suggest using an aerator or immersion blender to mix well. The foam is fantastic and the texture is perfectly smooth and airy.

The eggs tasted disgusting like rotten or old , I have no idea but this taste was foul , I contacted the company they asked me for my address to resend me another batch and they never responded or sent anything again! Bad product & bad customer service!

I haven't used it yet, so can't give a response to the product itself. But I was planning to use it in a recipe and the amount for the brand used in the recipe was 1 cup (80g). When I looked at the nutrition label on this product, it showed 1Tbsp is 15 g. So 1 cup would be 240g - 3 times more than the product used in the recipe. So I actually weighed this product. It is about 5g per Tbsp, not the 15g stated on the nutrition label.
