My husband says these are great batteries...and that's why I ordered 2 new batteries for him! The Harley brand battery lasted only 2 years. He tried Chrome Battery and those ChromePros lasted nearly 4 years. So when it came time for new batteries, he wanted the new ChromeNow battery.The battery came fully charged and securely packed: a styrofoam base and top protection and then in another box with air cushions. The box was properly labeled as containing a battery. Inside the inner box was the battery, connecting hardware, and instructions for using an app to monitor battery voltage and temperature.This is a sealed AGM battery, so no need to add acid, no spills, and no need to check water levels later. With the app, voltage and temperature can be easily checked. There's a metal tab to bolt cables to, not a lead block that can get stripped. Just don't let the tab get twisted when tightening cables. He's had no problems with fitment using their online selector.Other than that, his only suggestion is to get the 3-yr protection plan that may be offered for a few dollars. Cheap insurance against a dead cell that sometimes happens. He says you can't beat $90 for a guaranteed 3-yrs when it comes to a motorsport battery. Most motorcycle batteries have a 1-yr warranty, but Chrome Battery has a 2-yr warranty when you order from their website, and through Bolo a 3-yr protection may be available.

Only lasted 5 months for me in a Vulcan 750. Shows a good charge until I hit the switch and drops off completely. Won't charge at all, chargers say it's full. PoS IMHO. Picked up a different brand and alls fine.

I have used various batteries from this maker for about 10 years. This latest model does not disappoint! There's an app that monitors the battery health, so that makes it a little easier than the previous version that had the digital readout for some installations. I've gotten years of use from these batteries. Their 2-year warranty beats any other on the market.The only drawback I noticed with this latest version is that some batter covers won't match the top. A 2000 sportster battery cover has a bend that hits the top of the battery as shown in the image. This battery doesn't have a deep cut-out between the posts like older batteries.

Installed easily, perfect fit for my 2004 Softail Heritage Classic. Installed battery app, and it provides all the info I need to keep tabs on my battery status. This is a really good product. Highly recommended.

Bought a weiz lithium battery for my motorcycle that lasted just beyond my Bolo return policy, don’t go lithium.Saw this Chrome brand battery had a Bluetooth app where charge can be checked anytime your in Bluetooth range. For $59 bucks, thought I would give it a try. Man I love this thing. If I understand it right, it tracks and logs your battery charge and temp every time you open the app in range. The app has some bugs in it, or would have hands down gave it 5 star instead of 4. I have several bikes and jet skis that the Bluetooth charge info would be perfect for, and save me the disappointment of discovering a dead battery. I see price has gone up some since my purchase, but having multiple bikes and skis, I will 100 percent be buying again !!!I have included a couple screenshots of the app battery info . I couldn’t get my app to recognize battery after a day or two and contacted chrome battery, I got a reply from Tamera in minutes trying to help and contacting there techs. Was impressive to get fast reply and live contact instead of automated reply.I got it all going again by listing same battery as additional, then deleting the duplicate. The app still a little buggy but I can assure you, as my current batteries need replacements, it will be Chrome battery!!!Happy with my purchase !SC

I’ll know better after another 10 months or so, but this is WAY better than the powersport battery I usually have to get.Price was great, no acid to deal with, and I’m pretty sure it will outlast any other battery I’ve had in that bike.

Stay away from this battery. Purchased 2 for my four wheelers and on died after 2 weeks .after testing and checking charging system found four wheeler charging great and no drains but after shut off battery was same voltage as befor .do tried 2amp charge but battery would not pick up voltage . So I believe battery management is not letting it take or store energy and draining it to nothing over time . 4 moths both are shot with about 10 hours on one bike and maybe 4 on other . Also unhooked while setting just four good measure
