5.0 out of 5 stars Helped improve my sleep by quite a bit but not a miracle worker
It really opens up my nostrils and helps me breathe much better while I sleep. I have a CPAP and I have always had a hard time using it, I usually rip it off after about 2 hours into sleeping. This DOES NOT stop you from snoring nor is it a sleep apnea cure but it absolutely has helped me stay asleep longer and promote more airflow while I sleep. It’s very easy to use and the different sizes are nice to start out with. I have a pretty large nose and a deviated septum on my left nostril so it closes almost completely when I breathe in through it. My size is the L1 band. However there is 1 thing you HAVE to do. Take a cotton ball, tear off a little piece, and put it between the band and your nose so the band does not sit right on your nose. The bands are not the most comfortable because it is hard plastic. The tiny piece of cotton ball never falls out and I wake up with no red indentation on my nose or any soreness and I barely notice I’m wearing it. I tried it for my first night without the cotton and I had to take it off it was making my nose very sore. The Tiny piece of cotton fixed the discomfort. I can never reach REM sleep using CPAP or naturally sleeping, but on my first night I only woke once and it was after 6 continuous hours of sleeping. I felt great that morning for once. Overall this thing has improved my quality of sleep which is all I was looking for so I give it a 5/5. The refills are a little pricey so I’ll probably just try and use pore tape and cut the magnets out to reuse them.

Intake Breathing Nasal Dilator – Good Concept, But Packaging & Price Need ImprovementI recently tried the Intake Breathing Nasal Dilator to help improve airflow during sleep and sports activities. While the concept is great and the product does work in opening up nasal passages, there are a few key drawbacks that make me question whether it's worth the price.What’s in the Package?The package includes black magnetic pieces (nasal dilators) in different sizes along with the adhesive bands. This is where my main issue lies—instead of including just one size per package (e.g., all small, all medium, or all large), they mix different sizes together. This makes it difficult because if only one size fits me, the rest of the pieces are useless. It feels like a waste, especially considering the high price.Effectiveness & ComfortThe nasal dilator itself does seem to work. It opens up my nasal passages, making it easier to breathe, especially at night and during physical activity. However, finding the right fit can be frustrating due to the mixed sizes. If the wrong size is used, it either doesn’t stay in place well or feels uncomfortable.Price vs. ValueAnother concern is the cost. The price is quite expensive compared to other nasal dilators or even regular nasal strips. Given that part of the package might go unused because of the size issue, it makes the value even more questionable. If Intake Breathing sold packages with just one size per pack, I’d feel like I was getting my money’s worth.Final Verdict: Needs Better Packaging & Price AdjustmentOverall, while the Intake Breathing Nasal Dilator does help with nasal airflow, the mixed-size packaging is frustrating, and the price is hard to justify. Muito ruim. Enganação. É muito difícil pregar os adesivos corretamente e de forma alinhada. Eu testei todos os tamanhos. Durante a noite o aparelho ficava caindo do meu nariz toda hora. Minha esposa disse que nas noites que usei continuei roncando. Sinceramente, não adiantou de nada, queria meu dinheiro de volta.Um dilatador barato de farmácia que usei meses atrás trouxe resultados muito melhores do que esse.
