Here are my biggest findings. 1) Actiponin has real clinical claims and they are using more than the minimum requirement to make the claims they’re making. You may not realize this but most supplements do not. So many scams out there with products claiming to be the real thing but in reality the science doesn’t back it up. 2) the FDA doesn’t regulate supplements - guidelines only but you can put whatever you want into the market. Very scary so research is really the only way 3) Remember to stay focused on exactly why you bought this. This is for people who want to get rid of belly weight. Love handles, stomach rolls, all the weight you’ve carried with you for years and doesn’t come off from regular dieting or exercise.I should say that my insurance company does not cover this product but I think they should. Belly fat is very toxic for your body and there is so much research to back it up.OK, let’s talk about price. This is expensive. It’s not for every single person out there. Since I'm on a fixed income, I wanted to make sure this was something I could afford to add to my monthly budget. Here’s how I am justifying this, it’s working and therefore enhancing my life. And for that….. I’m willing to make the sacrifice for $40.00 per month (almost $500 yearly). I’ve spent thousands doing other crazier things to lose weight. The simple truth is this - this is a decision for me and one I feel really good after weeks of research. Lastly, I’m not being paid to write this review or care about the founder of this brand. If anything, that makes me not like it.

Hey I started taking these enzymes 2 days ago and on the first day I was jittery immediately after taking these capsules. I was very antsy and my body would not stop shaking. I was experiencing twitching and itching all over my body as well. Flash forward to the next day my body has become super inflamed I’m really bloated and feel puffy for the most part I assumed that these effects would wear off after a few days of taking these capsules product… WRONG the 2nd day that I took these enzymes I had really bad heart palpitations and my chest hurt dully I was experiencing twitching and extreme jitters to the point of where I was involuntarily having a panic attack and throwing up. These effects lasted all day it was actually really hard to get to sleep my limbs started to feel like they were having their circulation cut off by rubber bands. I went to the gym later on that evening and it made the heart palpitations worse. Today I haven’t taken any and my chest still feels weird and tense and I’m so bloated I can feel that I am inflamed. I definitely recommend that you do your research prior to taking these products, ask your doctor if it will interfere with any other supplements or meds that you are taking, but as for me I don’t recommend especially for how expensive these enzymes are. I am currently 6.5 months post partum from my 3rd child. When I started taking them I weighed 165 lbs and after two weeks I am now at 155 lbs. Aside from the actual number on the scale I noticed my bloating decrease significantly after the first week as well as my appetite. My clothes are now fitting more comfortably and not as tight. I no longer feel the urge to snack in between meals. After 2 weeks I noticed more mental clarity and less fatigue. I incorporated 30 minute moderate walks 3-5 times a week on my walking pad. I have more stamina and notice I sweat more when walking. I highly recommend this supplement and I love that it can be taken with or without food so it is easy to fit it into the day.

So far I have been taking for a week I feel nuteral about it still need to give it time.My only complaint it is it gives me a bit of a head ache everyday that I take it so idk if that's a bad thing and I should stop taking it.I kinda feel foggy issh if that makes since.so idk what I need to do to help make that feeling go away.

3 years ago I started my weightloss journey and lost 55lbs. Went from 193.5 to 139.6lbs. Than menopause started, even thought I hardly eat I started craving sugar, & being a diabetic that’s not good. I gained 21lbs back!! Even though I was working out the weight wasn’t coming off. That’s when I discovered the blood red oranges. So since I can’t find them here in NJ I found these! I started taking them on the 1st and lost 11lbs already. With proper diet and exercise! I am also taking GPL1 supplements and a probiotic. I am hoping these continue to help and it’s not some fluke for now. But I honestly have so much energy & I am starting to “Go” regularly, where before I would “go” and they would be small rocks. So give em a try!

I'm on day 4 currently. I have started noticing I go longer without getting hungry, then when I eat I eat less than I typically would. Not sure if I have lost any weight , but starting weight is 125. I have not been able to lose this 10 pounds even though I eat alot of healthy foods and live an active lifestyle. Fingers crossed this can make it possible! Will give update after about a month if I remember.

Lemme Burn has really surprised me this product is amazing. I have purchased so many different weight loss products that was a total fail that does not help I quit with trying anything else for the past couple of years but one day came across Lemme and read up on it and decided to give it a try. So I ordered one bottle I am now on my 3rd week of taking it I feel so much better I have more energy and it has helped regulate my bowels not had any pounds come off but my clothes have been fitting much looser they were getting so tight and uncomfortable I have ordered a 3 month supply to continue to see what happens I feel great .
