Got this product to support my cardiovascular health. It is priced reasonably and it doesn't have any strange ingredients that I am unfamiliar with. It has vegetable glycerin I believe, with is the base liquid in a lot of these types of tinctures which gives it a very sweet taste. I can't take these types of tinctures without diluting them in something else. When you dilute the product, you barely notice the taste, otherwise it is very sweet with the burn of the cayenne pepper following close behind.I have subscribed to this product and already received several shipments as I like the quality. I can't really speak on its effectiveness as it is just to help me maintain my cardiovascular health, there isn't a problem I am trying to fix that this product solves.

I have been taking cayenne pepper in powder form with water. THIS is far superior and so much better to ingest. I actually can feel the difference within a short period of time. I take 2 doses during the day and the last one shortly before bedtime. Incredibly, during the day I feel more energetic and at night it has a calming effect. Makes no sense, I know but that is how it works for me... I am switching all my supplements over to this brand of tinctures. I do not know if it is more cost effective (probably not) but it works so quickly, I won't even bother doing cost comparisons. BUY THIS brand!!
