I bought this second hand, but it arrived clean and looking like new. (While it was not wrapped very well and one of the box flaps was not completely taped, it survived the shipment). I have toasted bread and bagels and both turned out well. The timer works beautifully. I have also baked and broiled. I have always preferred a counter oven, so much easier to clean. This little beauty: durable, versatile, toasts, bakes, broils, and with the timer has auto shut off! Very quiet!

Fantastic! I ordered this 2 days ago late in evening. It arrived before supper and we wasted little time un-boxing it. It arrived in perfect shape and we made toast to go along with our meal. It is very easy to use and works perfectly. It is well built and sturdy.

It has now been a year. This oven is heavily used daily. 3 teenagers baking frozen foodsand I use it almost daily to make dinner. The temp no longer reaches 450⁰ but it holds at about 380⁰ which works just fine. I am still happy with it.Was delivered yesterday so cannot attest to longevity. But Love this oven. I replaced another that never worked right. For reference we are a house of 5 with 3 being teenagers. So in 24 hrs this little oven has seen a lot of use.Pros. Easily fits a 13x9 cassarole pan. Gets HOT fast. First thing I tested was temp. Set to 350⁰ my prone read and held 368⁰. At 450⁰ held 488⁰. Possibly high due to probe being very close to racks but higher for my liking is better anyway.Top and sides do get hot to the touch. My kids act as if it is on fire. It is not but it dies get hot to the touch. I can touch it briefly. Under cabinet got warm on the bottom but nothing concerning.Convection works well. Hoping to airfry soon. Have not tested rotisserie.Doirs open on both sides. Read Cons for tip on thisCONS-BE VERY CAREFUL REMOVING FOID. The racks are weak. And will cave if pulled out. This is an easy fix. Only pull the rack out about 1 inch to hold doors open then use oven cgloces to remove food. Problem solved with ZERO burnsThis will be hard to clean. I know because my last one was same design. But it is a damn oven they are never easy to clean.No always on feature. Frankly, my last had this feature I used it once to see it work. Necer used it again in 3 yrs. If more time us needed jyst turn the dial.All in all uf this little guy lasts 2 yrs or more I will be absolutely estatic. Well worth the price for that length of time. Fingers crossed

Worked fine for heating up a pizza but did not work for baking muffins. Bottoms of muffins totally burned which I have never had happen before. Tried baking them at lower temperature & then on higher rack - no difference - all 3 times bottoms burned & I used muffin liners like always. Tops of muffins were not totally cooked even with burnt bottoms.Unfortunately Returning - assuming it has uneven heating or something not worth figuring out or dealing with.Also timer was not always ticking so can't say it was working consistently.Pros: I like the simple knobs & the timer. Never liked the touch panels as they often wear out quickly & hard to keep clean. Directions said to run it empty on high heat for 15 minutes to burn off any factory residue & a bit of odor occurred but it was minimal & on first try cooking food there was no more odor.Nice Size for the counter top.

I am comparing with a toaster-oven-broiler I have owned for a few years, "Elite Cuisine Model ERO-2008N.Like the present "Elite Gourmet ETO2530M, it was not a top of the line when I bought it. It still works, but from time to time, I must straighten the top-rear heating element, which bends upward toward the top of the appliance from the heat. Because of this problem, I thought it a good idea to have a new one in my closet and bought the "Elite Gourmet ETO2530M" under review.The price was about 25% higher for a double-door oven. It came with only one wire rack, a black pan, a crumb tray and a handle. It is a lighter weight unit, though it has a larger capacity oven than the older. Not a marker of quality, generally. Steel is heavier than plastic. The wire rack's thinner wires are the same diameter as those of my older, but the rack's perimeter is of clearly narrower steel. The older came with 3 wire racks. The area of the new oven is larger; so I cannot use the older ones. It is not a big difference and could have been made the same with no disadvantage to the consumer. A big disadvantage in my opinion is the spacing of the heating elements is only about 6 inches apart, side by side. The old were about 8 inches apart. That allowed greater distance between the baking loaf pan and the elements and very likely more even heat distribution. Lastly, I found that turning the control switch to OFF does not turn off the ON/OFF light. I could be that OFF turns off or reduces power to the heating elements but does not open the heating circuit. I consider that a functional fault. The price is much higher, and the accessories fewer and of lower quality. It has a functional fault.

I would give it six stars if I could. Works perfectly, no digital or computer junk. Just old fashioned mechanical nobs. Perfect little oven for my summer kitchen in the basement.

I really like this. Be careful however, as I find it heats up quickly and cooks things fast - I have burnt a few things as I got used to it. I also like that is cooks a 10" pizza no problem. Doors seem a little flimsy being acrylic, but they work and I am just careful with them. This also look snice on the counter too which is a nice bonus.
