This test was easy to use and the little specimen container was not so rigid that you could not scrape off the swab. You have to be really careful with these test kits because some of them have receptacles that are very very hard and you cannot squeeze them to squeeze the solution off the swab. I'm guessing that those sorts of kids have the possibility of having false negative results, which not only defeats the purpose of testing in the first place but it also could be life-threatening for some people if so. I didn't have to worry about any of that with this kit it was super easy to use.

When you suspect you have Covid, the last thing you should be doing is driving to the pharmacy to pick up tests. I used our last Covid test to discover I was positive, and two days later my husband started feeling sick. Bolo Prime next day delivery to the rescue. This one had instructions that were slightly different from the other ones I have used, but they were clear and understandable, and we got the positive test result that we expected. We were able to get a prescription from the doctor which greatly alleviated symptoms In a short period.There is only one test in each container, unlike some of the other brands, so do be aware of that.

Yes, covid is still here. The tests arrived quickly. The test is easy to use. The instructions are clear. You get your results quickly - in 15 minutes. For all of this I would rate it 5 stars. I'm marking the test down one star because there seems to be no customer service. I had a question the first time I used it on this round of covid. Using the contact info on the instructions, I emailed my question and left a message on the answering machine (since no person actually answered the phone), but no one ever replied. I will continue to order these, but the lack of customer service is disappointing.

The instructions were clear, and the test was easy to use. Shipping was very quick. My only criticism is that the expiration date on the five kits that I ordered was September 30 2024, Which means that they will likely expire before I need to use them all. (I ordered them in mid-July 2024). Otherwise I was pleased with the purchase, as I needed to have a test ASAP and they arrived fast. Wish I hadn’t ordered five of them though.
