There is 3 levels of intensity, which I placed at 3 (which is the max). The heat level is 0-2 and I set that at 2 and it is very subtle and bearable.You can also rotate the balls to go left or right.This has got to be the best affordable foot massager ever!!!!!I hope you enjoy as much as I do.

This is a 10/10 no lie, I bought a $250.00 heavy bulky foot massager 2 years ago on Bolo and it wasn’t half as good as this one! The heat and the motion along with the soft padded foot rest is just complete relaxation, it’s a little short for a man’s foot however my husband size 12 foot was still able to enjoy it, in fact we’re ordering 3 more after this review lol. BUY it!

UPDATE SELLEROFFEREDME FULL REFUND MAY 3 2025 TYVM I INVREASED STARS FOR SELLERS COMPASSION TYAfter the second use the heat went out I ordered this October 30, 2024 used it a couple of times because my feet were so sore from working with a shovel in the backyard. We gonna half ago I went to use it again and there's no sign that it ever had a heat unit in it no light no heat. It is not worth the money I wish this would've done that in the first 30 days but it didn't and it's been in the closet all of December January February March up until the middle of April when I needed to use it again for digging in the yard. if you buy one run it 10 hours and see if it works I didn't even get an hour and I don't have no heat I wanted the heat. and I would not want another one either the bowls do not have enough padding they hurt and I am 63 years old. There's not enough padding to cover the balls

I purchased this item for my wife on December 1, 2024, and she absolutely loved it for five months while it still worked. After five months, though, it abruptly stopped working, and although the company's website has a "chat bot" to "help," (no phone number at all) the robot informed me that no one was available to help, and that if someone didn't come on the line within a few minutes, someone would email me back within 48 hours. No one came on the line at all, and it has been well over a week and I still have not heard from anyone.Although my wife loved this product, it did not last long at all and customer service is completely non-existent, so I'm sorry to say I would caution against buying it.

This thing is worth every penny. After a long day it’s just what I need to take a load off. It relaxes me so much. The functions allow you to control the rotation. The heat is an added bonus

Disappointing. I bought this for my sister for her birthday. Design looked perfect until we opened the box.Crappy little design made out of some kind of cheap plastic rubber. If you know, people have to plug in the item you should make it at least 10 feet long not to have to put in an extension cord to make it over the couch to a chair.Where the motorized balls are there’s just a piece of cheap flimsy mesh, it hurts. There’s no comfort in hurting no matter what speed utter garbage.Quality zero, massage effectiveness very good however, again when you’re in pain, you don’t need metal balls rolling over the pain right on top without any type of protection at least a leather covering may be better more comforting, and if your legs are bigger, they will not fitI should’ve opened the box. I could’ve sent it back however, it’s too late now, and it will never ever ever be used ever.

The media could not be loaded. What an amazing massage this provides for my aching feet. I keep it where the TV is so I can relax and unwind while watching a show after a hard day on my feet. I can't believe how much it relaxes me. I was surprised at how good it feels! I'd much rather have a massage from this device over a person touching my feet since my feet are ticklish, and this masaager doesn't tickle my feet. LolI love that is provides different types of massage, various speeds, as well as heat or no heat options. It also comes with an adapter for the car but I don't see myself using that but could come in handy for some people. Everyone in my family wants one now!

My husband wanted an easy, not complicated foot massager. Ordered a couple different kinds. Not strong enough or too many wires. This one was the easiest, bang for our buck. Feels like a human hand was massaging my feet. We tried to massage our calves and didn't really work in the sitting position. we laid it flat on the couch, worked perfectly. It was very relaxing. We are constantly taking turns as it auto shuts off every10 or so min. Highly recommend trying it out.

I found this massager so therapeutic after a long day on my feet. I don't find it painful at all but if does get into the tender spots. If you use it for your calves you'll definitely see the benefits of getting the tension out.
