I AM 89 AND DO MY OWN CLEANING AND COOKING AND AT TIMES I HAD TO STOP AND SIT DOWN WHILE CLEANING TO REST. I HAVE TAKEN THE SUPER BEETS FOR A MONTH NOW AND IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS I HAVE SO MUCH ENERGY AND FEEL BETTER. IT REALLY DOES HELP WITH ALL THE THINGS THAT IT SAYS IT DOES. I JUST ORDERED IT AGAIN AND PUT IN A SUBSCRIPTION TO AUTOMATICALLY SEND IT. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FINDING A EMPTY BOTTLE OF IT WHEN I GO TO TAKE IT. HOPE ALL OF YOU WHO TRY IT FIND IT TO BE AS TRULY HELPFUL AS I DO. GREAT PRODUCT. I DO NEED TO TELL YOU THE FIRST TIME I GOT THE CHEWS AND ENDED UP GIVING THEM TO A FRIEND BECAUSE THEY ARE SO HARD TO CHEW IT MADE MY JAWS ACHE. I NOW GET THE CAPSULES AND TAKE THEM DAILY WITH THE REST OF MY MEDS. ALL I CAN SAY IS TRY THEM, THEY ARE NATURAL AND NO SIDE EFFECTS
