The material is much thicker than a different brand I’ve tried so I’m hoping it holds up longer! I quickly sewed it onto the screen and so far it’s doing an excellent job.

This works well for what it is. I find it doesn't stay stuck on in some locations for very long, but its based on the furniture not being perfectly straight (some curves). But it has helped deter a young cat (older kitten) from scratching on all the upholstered furniture. It also isn't damaging the fabric. I did not use the screws that came with it. That just seem like it would cause more damage to the fabric by creating holes if the tack gets pulled etc. Its acts like a cork screw to screw that tack into the furniture and fabric.

This works really well for me and my cats. Cats can’t claw through the material. Keeps couch and furniture safe from cat scratches. Love it.

We’ve been using these anti-scratch furniture protectors for a little while now, and overall, they’ve worked well for us. Our cats have definitely backed off from scratching the areas where these are applied, which is a big win!That said, they may not stick well to all types of furniture. On some fabric surfaces, they adhered just fine, but on others, they started peeling off after a few days. I also chose not to use the included pins because I didn’t want to poke holes in our furniture, so that might have affected how well they stayed in place.If you’re looking for a non-invasive way to protect your furniture from cat claws, this is a good option—just be aware that results may vary depending on your furniture material and whether or not you use the pins.
