It adds a nice burst of flavor to my morning coffee without the guilt—zero (or very low) calories and no added sugar, which is exactly what I was looking for.The flavor is smooth and not overly artificial, which can be a problem with some sugar-free syrups. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts quite a while. Yummy flavor! It’s scary how sweet this one can be even though it’s no sugar. I suggest using a pump instead of pouring to control the sweetness. Overall top quality Product.

I can’t even give this one star but had to in order to review! I have been using this product for a few years now. At First buying at the store and then they didn’t carry it anymore so I started buying on Bolo subscribe and save. I ran out and couldn’t change the order to come sooner so I bought this smaller one while I was waiting. This does not taste nothing like the other ones I’ve gotten they taste like flavored water. It’s horrible. I tried to return, however because I can’t upload a picture of it damaged I can’t return it

I have always used Jordan’s skinny syrups - I am trying to get away from the added potentially harmful ingredients in products so I am trying some new syrups for my coffee. This one sounded good (naturally sweetened) but I was disappointed in the taste. I thought maybe I would just get need to adjust my tastebuds but I just can’t get used to it.

The packaging looks great, the product arrived before I expected it too but it had such a notable chemical taste that left me unable to finish my cup. The sugar was ideal and the smell was yummy but the after taste made it rough. I was hoping to return it but since it is a food item, NO REFUNDS. I bought two different bottles from the Skinny Mix and both were not my jam.

This is a different recipe (naturally sweetened) and there's no caramel flavour at all.

FIRST COMMENT - 7th Jan 2025:I was so happy to see Bolo finally carrying Jordan's Salted Caramel syrup again that I didn't even notice the shrinkflation -- charging full price for half as much syrup? That's bad enough, but that's on me for not noticing. I opened it - it had a caramel smell, though not the same as it used to. Then I compared the two. I still have some left in my previous bottle from the previous recipe. I made two separate cups of coffee using the exact same amount of the old and new syrups. First I tasted the old one -- delicious salted caramel flavour. Then I tasted the new one -- no caramel flavour at all. Seriously? Salted Caramel was their best flavour ever - why change it?! It used to be the best. I won't be buying this new one again.** EDITED 27 Jan 2025:I've since clarified with the company - they didn't change the recipe of the original "sugar-free" syrup. They've just made a new "naturally sweetened" version. On closer examination, this new half sized bottle says "Naturally Sweetened" -- very small and I didn't notice it. They said yes, the naturally sweetened version does have a different recipe to the original sugar-free version. These two product labels should be noticeably different - not just a small line of text that says "Naturally Sweetened".Check the titles and labels carefully guys. The complete lack of any caramel flavour in this naturally sweetened version (and the double-price) is still off-putting for me. Anyway, I just wanted to clarify.

Initial thoughts are that the natural sweetener aftertaste overwhelms the caramel flavour. I'll give it some more time to get used to it and maybe come back to change the review. At the moment though, I am thinking it's not great and I wouldn't recommend it to friends :(
