This item worked out perfect for my 4 year old son, who loves everything camo!It is well worth the price, I was not expecting this to be such good quality.This fits great on my average-sized 4 year old, with the straps adjusted to the smallest size. On his back it doesn't look "too big", but he definitely has some room room to grow into it.The main compartment is tall enough to fit a standard sized notebook/folder. It has plenty of space for his nap sack, extra clothes and school supplies. The zippers/stitching is well done, it is very easy to zip open and close. The material is a light, but durable. The colors are vibrant and the orange zipper looks really cool and adds a nice pop of color.I definitely recommend this backpack, I would think that this backpack would work great for ages 3-10ish.

Our son is a camo lover, and he wanted all camo for his school supplies. It is the end of January now, he has had the backpack since the beginning of school in August, and it still looks brand new. Very durable, and perfect size for a Kindergartener. We embroidered his name on the top portion - it was the perfect space for the personalization. It only has the big zipper compartment, and one smaller one, but for Kindergarten he didn't need more than that. This usually holds a big binder plus a couple of books or smaller folders.

My kids goes through backpacks like they do toilet paper. I've bought cheap ones, expensive ones and they all seem to last the same. This was a reasonable price, cool design, and big enough for his school folders and a coat. Fabric seems to be on the cheaper end bit we will see how long it last.
