Has helped with strength and growth ! She loves the taste. I always put it inside of her juice . Never mix with milk ! . It is so easy to use because of the dropper.It says it lasts 15 days because of the serving size but to be honest , I give her half of the serving size and it lasts a whole month , sometimes a little more. Even though I give her half , I have seen so many great benefits. She has not gotten sick in monthsssss.So worth buying !

Im definitely a repeat customer when it comes to purchasing this particular vitamin for my toddler. I love that this vitamin has a kid-friendly flavor & design , contains clean ingredients ,is in liquid form and has a good nutrient coverage. I think its important that kids start taking vitamins early. My daughter loves the flavor , I believe she thinks its a tasty little treat that she gets to have every morning. I think this brand is effective, along with our lifestyle choices and healthy eating habits my little one stays in correct percentiles for her age and all her levels are great !

Love this vitamin for my daughter. Put it in her milk cup every morning. Just wish the bottle was bigger and the serving is 2mls with a 1ml stopper. She doesn’t complain about the flavor and doesn’t even notice it in her milk!!

These vitamin drops have been a great for my picky 2 year old. Some reviews complained of the smell, which I agree is a little odd, but I mix it into some juice/water and she doesn’t seem to mind it- and she’s picky! I have not tried giving them to her straight from the dropper so can’t comment on that but mixing it into a drink has worked well. I will continue to purchase these for her.

My daughter actually looks forward to taking this everyday! She enjoys the flavor and also loves that some of her favorite faces are on the bottle ☺️ highly recommend if you have a picky toddler and need to get some extra vitamins in their diet!

I really wanted to love this because the ingredients are great — organic, sugar-free, vegan, and it even includes iron, which is hard to find in toddler multivitamins. I also liked that it’s liquid, which should make it easier to give… in theory.But the biggest issue is the taste. Even mixed with juice, my daughter refused to take it. The iron gives it a strong aftertaste, which I understand is hard to mask, but it's definitely something to consider if your child is picky.I love the clean label and trust the MaryRuth brand, but I wish they offered a flavored version or gummies with iron. If your kid is good with taking vitamins or doesn’t mind strong tastes, this could work well — just didn’t go over well in our house.
