Directions
Apply the pad to your underwear with the adhesive strip facing down. Ensure it's positioned correctly to cover the entire area. Change the pad every 4-6 hours or as needed. After use, wrap the pad in toilet paper and dispose of it in the trash. Always wash your hands after handling used pads.
