My doctor recommended it to me and I have seen excellent results in my hormonal health and as a plus my hair looks healthier and has grown a lot

Plus it's one of the few inositol supplements to come in capsule form. Which I much prefer to powders that don't really fit into my supplement regimen. It's just one more thing then to keep track of taking.And, as always with Pure Encapsulations, it does not have any shady fillers or weirdness. It's really hard these days to avoid things like magnesium stearate/stearic acid and maltodextrin. But those aren't necessary, obviously, and not what I buy the supplement for.

Helps manage mood swings, reduce jitters from excess caffeine intake, and also knocks me out when I need to sleep when taken in conjunction with magnesium and glycine also from Pure Encapsulations. I recommend all of them.

There is NO information indicating this supplement should NOT be taken with seratonin drugs. I had to go to the ER for suspected/early serotonin syndrome! And I only took one pill! And, you can't return it or get your money back.
