There are sooooo many digestive health supplements on the market right now. I've tried a lot, and a lot seem to work about the same. So, unless you really need this exact one, I have a hard time saying that $60 a bottle is a good deal.These pills are easy to take, even at 3 at a time, if you take with lots of water. They have no taste either. I just recommend you feel really strongly about these before dropping $60.

This should make my system feel great and flow. Made me clogged-up, which is weird for a prebiotic. I thought the expensive price may have meant that it was super good - but, it was not for me.The company reached out to me, Purehealth Research, and offered me a full refund, which was really great.

These capsules arrived intact and undamaged. I would say they are between a medium and large size, and I did not have issues with swallowing them. I also did not have any bad after effects from taking them. Be sure to read the info on the web page, this is only a one month supply. I am not a fan of having to take a product multiple times a day, I feel that it is hard for people to remember to take all three doses. Another aspect that gave me pause is that it comes in a big cardboard box. It seems to be a waste of packaging, although it does give a nice presentation. I usually approve more of waste in presentation when it is a giftable item, but I don't know a lot of people who would be gifting prebiotics. At least the box is recyclable, though. Prebiotics serve as food for probiotics, so would probably be best to take them both daily.

Vitamins, minerals and trace elements are very important for the human body and should be included in the daily diet. But in my case I don't eat fruits and vegetables etc. every day to give my body what it needs. That's where this little booster comes into my game. Whenever I've thought this is one of those days and I can't give my body the important things it needs, I use one of these supplements. This type of extra dose is not a bad idea, especially for people such as smokers or athletes, but should not replace a healthy diet in everyday life! That's why it's called a dietary supplement! It's very hard to rate a product that doesn't give me an immediate benefit and I'm not a chemist but in this case I have to trust the manufacturers about the ingredients and at least it gives me a good feeling.
