I purchased the Arlo Home Security System and am extremely satisfied with my purchase. From arrival, the installation was simple thanks to the clear instructions and user-friendly design. I really appreciate that it's a DIY system, which allowed me to set it up without professional assistance.The sensor hub and the two 8-in-1 sensors are extremely versatile and sensitive, capturing any unexpected movement around my home. The Arlo app is also intuitive and accessible, allowing me to monitor from anywhere. One of the best features is the 24/7 professional monitoring that comes with no mandatory contract, providing me with peace of mind without being locked into forced monthly payments.In terms of design, the system is sleek and discreet, seamlessly blending with my interior decor. My experience has been simply fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this system to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient home security solution. It's worth every penny!

I’m very happy with the Arlo Home Security System. The installation was quick and easy — perfect for anyone who prefers a DIY setup. The keypad hub is simple to use, and the 8-in-1 sensors are versatile, helping to protect different areas of the house. I really like that it offers 24/7 professional monitoring without requiring a contract, which gives me more flexibility. The design is sleek and discreet. So far, the system has worked very well and gives me peace of mind. I recommend it!

I had an Arlo video doorbell for a number of years and decided to upgrade to the full security system with 24 hour monitoring. System came and was installed properly and worked for the first month. When the initial trial period was over their billing system couldn’t upgrade to the premium monitoring plan. I spent hours on the phone in multiple calls trying to get the issue resolved with their out-of-the-US customer service with no resolution. There is no way to get to the billing department in the US. Now the doorbell doesn’t work and I have no monitoring. Going to get a refund and start over with some other system.Update: finally got to someone who was able to fix the problem. Should have been done on the first call.

this was the easiest installation I have ever done with a camera system. I do use cameras inside the house as well as outside as I have a child on the autism spectrum and this allows him some freedom to be in his play areas and have his ability to decompress and may still be able to monitor and watch because it’s not being used conventionally I need a great value for money as well as a great camera quality. This provided this. It really makes me feel a lot more secure, as well as the external cameras that go through the system, and the app makes it crazy easy to monitor from home from outside the home.

If you have arlo cameras and use their very advanced automation features, do not get this camera. Installing it will upgrade your account and you cannot get the old features back.For example, if you had one camera detect motion and start recording on other cameras, that is now gone. It is simply schedule or home/away based system. All the new features are gone.I have canceled my arlo subscription and that didn't get it back. I even created a new account, but the new app always installs now.I have hear that arlo was changing their subscriptions this year, but did not expect that :(I will try to get by with this app now (no choice) but arlo has lost a long time customer.==============================================================================Edit:OK, changed from 1 star to 3. Turns out you can setup one camera triggering other camera recordings. The problem I still have is they changed the app from a camera monitoring app to an alarm system app with 3 hard coded modes (Standby, Arm Home, Arm Away). The system is always in one of those modes, and you have to setup all your camera actions, notifications, and a recordings for each device in EACH MODE! This applies even if you don't have the alarm system. You cannot get the old app back.Because Arlo still has some of the best cameras out there, they improved the camera feed load time, and the new dashboard is kind of useful, I am keeping the system.========================================================================Edit 2:OK, up to 4 stars now. I'm keeping one to myself as I think arlo could do a lot to improve things. I am testing out using new functionality to have time schedules for camera notifications. You cannot have a time-based recording system, but you can change the motion detect sensitivity. I'll update if that works.

The Arlo Security System is extremely helpful for me. I have an automatic dog watering bowl that I am afraid will leak when I’m not at home. Luckily, this system comes with two sensors. The sensors can help detect leaks. Now I can leave home and not worry to death about it leaking and I not know about it. My mind is at ease knowing these sensors are reliable for leak detection. The panel is easy to operate and setup as well. The app on the phone is easy to navigate and easy to teach my husband how to use it. Overall, I am very impressed with Arlo systems.

The Arlo Home Security System is easy to install and super reliable. I love the 8-in-1 sensors — especially the pipe leakage detection, which adds extra peace of mind. The wired keypad is sleek, and the 24/7 monitoring with no contract is a huge plus. Great all-in-one system!
