I love the flour and it makes the fluffiest bread and cinnamon rolls. I will not be buying it again however. It’s almost impossible to get the top off. I’m 73 years old and my hands aren’t as strong as they used to be. Even with that, it should not be that hard!! I guess I’ll try King Arthurs

Pretty expensive. I think they charge too much for the cost of the bucket. Better off buying 50lbs of King Arthur and buying a separate container.

My wife uses a bread machine 'a lot.' She found a recipe using high gluten flour and wanted to try this out. Wow! It makes great bread! Many breads she tried were kind of 'heavy', but not anymore. We'll be keeping this on hand.

Makes the greatest breads of any kind! Great air tight container! Size makes having less trips to the store that doesn’t always have a higher gluten flour for artisan breads!
