Excellent value. Seems to be well made, not sure what else you could ask for. I'm relatively new into weightlifting and I'm building my home gym piece by piece; the LAT pull down has been an excellent addition. Easy to attach and remove, handles are comfortable enough, it certainly fits my need to a tee. Seems to be all you could ask for at this price point.

Solid, well made bar, my only caveat is that the rubber grips were always moving around.Solved that by wrapping them with "Fusion grip tape".Holds the original rubbers in place, and gives me a bigger grip surface for my large hands.

I own the KORIKAHM individual paddle attachments and love those, so when I saw this model on sale I immediately made the purchase. I had to actually search on Youtube what movements you can perform with this and took some time to figure everything out. The one key piece is that your palms need to go on the indented side of the paddle, not the smooth side if that makes sense. Once I figured that out, this attachment really shines.Unlike the KORIKAHM individual paddle attachment, the rubber coating on this one is very grippy which I much prefer. The KORIKAHM almost feels smooth in comparison. I may need to buy the Yes4All version of the individual paddles if they ever go on sale. 5-stars alone for the grippiness.Exercises I love using this for:Standing lat pullover - I've used both a straight bar and rope and I've always felt the movement more in my triceps than lats. When I used this attachment for lat pullovers, wow! It's total lat isolation and my triceps never come into play even at heavy weights. I would buy this attachment for lat pullovers alone.Tricep pushdowns - The spreading feature works amazing here and the extra hand support you get with the paddle means my grip is no longer a limiting factor. I'm able to push heavier weights than I could when doing pushdowns with the rope.Rowing movements - Now this is where I'm mixed. Using the paddles for any type of row feels amazing as you get to dial in the width of the movement. My only knock is why they needed to make the length of those rods so long. Even if they decreased the length by half, it would still work great. When doing seated rows, I literally have to sit at least 2 feet back from the functional trainer to get a full range of motion. And forget about using these for lat pulldowns unless your cables are 10 feet high.In summary, this is an amazing attachment except for the length of the rods. I'm tempted to take a hacksaw to shorten the rods and weld the handles back. Still going to give this 5-stars solely for the lat pullover.

Excellent value. Seems to be well made, not sure what else you could ask for.
