The base of this new design is quite light, but when the wand is placed in it, the whole things is much more stable than the previous model, which was constantly toppling over. It also seems to drain much more easily. The button on the wand also seems very thick and sturdy, so I'm hopeful it won't crack and leak like the one on the previous model.This wand works with the scrub and sponge heads, as well.

I used the same Dawn dish brush for over a decade then they changed the design and ruined it. This brush is even better than my previous favorite. I like the holder to help it drain. You can pour out the water, or you can pop it open to clean the inside. I like the bristles. They are firm and good at scrubbing. The button is thick and has not torn with use as others have, and the twist-off base to put the soap in is excellent. No leaking. I am very pleased to have found a new favorite!

Brush works well and is good at dispensing soap when needed. Stand is very stable and handles drips well. Bristles are not as hard as some other brushes. This is both good and bad. It does a better job mostly but is weak on baked on and other hard to remove substances. If it hard added hard bristles for scrubbing it would have been a five.

I put dawn and vinegar in here and keep it in my shower to clean the glass door. It's perfect. If you shake it, it does leak without holding the button.

This is my second OXO soap dispensing brush, the first saw many years of use before needing to be replaced. Love it except..
Love this brush except I find it difficult to get the soap to come out when pressing the button on the brush. Basically if I don’t press the button in the perfect angle and pressure the soap doesn’t want to come out. Other than that I really like it and like that it has a holder!
Best tooth brush ever
It takes a few pumps to make the toothpaste come out- but being of British heritage I am a little "long-in-the-tooth." As such I require an above average bristle surface area to obtain optimal cleaning. This is a perfectly suitable substitute for dentistry.
