The water tastes sooo good from this pitcher when it is cold. I put it in my fridge, it fits nicely on the shelf, and it could fit in the door. It was easy to clean and set up, and it appears to be a good value for the money. It comes with 2 filters. It arrived safe and ready to use. It is easy to fill, and there is a smart light on top that reminds me when the filter needs to be changed.

I love my water filter pitcher. Our sink water tastes like chlorine, but this filters out all those chemically flavors. The filters last forever and this comes with two of them. I did find the construction of all the pieces to be way more flimsy than I expected, but it works so that's not a problem. Just be careful with it.

I almost returned this pitcher because of the pour spout . It is not the best design but once you get used to it you can avoid spilling your filtered water all over. It does make good water and that's the purpose so I decided to keep it.

This Britta product was purchased to replace my 10+ old Britta water product that had begun to leak. The quality of the new one is a disaster. The plastic is thinner and less well made. My old one had a date indicator that I could set as a reminder. The instructions on the new one says to replace in two months which necessitates a reminder on my calendar. Had I known this before purchasing it, I would not have bought it. Returning it is too much trouble as I am a senior with mobility issues. If you are considering a water filter product, skip this one.
