Change is scary and difficult. It's easy to stay in the pits of codependency. I know, I've been actively codependent for 40 years. It's scary to take time out for yourself. You'll feel selfish and wrong for it, but in reality, it's YOUR life you're making better and by making your own life better, you'll show up for more people.Thanks to this book, I've learned so much in the last 12 weeks. I've grown tremendously. And I've been taking action to keep moving forward for a healthy life and healthy relationships. I strongly suggest this book. ❤️

I found this workbook to be very empowering. Andrei did a great job and you will get so much value from reading it and actually working on implementing the stuff he teaches. I have no doubt that the information is what we all need, but the question that remains is how many of us (myself included) are willing to be disciplined and do the hard work even if we don't feel like doing it?

Für mich wäre es natürlich super in meiner Muttersprache um wirklich alles genau verstehen zu können, außerdem könnte ich dann auch einfach mal zwischendurch auf die Schnelle durchblättern und Stichpunkte nachlesen.Man sollte sich jede Woche mindestens zwei Tage ungefähr 1-2 Std. in Ruhe Zeit nehmen, um das wöchentliche Thema genau durchzulesen und zu verstehen, um anschließend die Aufgaben gewissenhaft erarbeiten zu können.Ab und zu habe ich zwischendurch dann auch immer mal wieder zurückgeblättert um mir wieder alles in Erinnerung zu rufen, denn es soll sich ja dauerhaft was ändern und nicht eine Woche nach der anderen stupide abarbeiten, abhaken und vergessen, es ist wichtig dass man die Erkenntnisse mit in ein neues Leben nimmt.Für mich war das Arbeitsbuch wirklich eine Bereicherung, es hat mein Leben verändert. Selbstverständlich war dazu harte Arbeit und sehr viel Übung im richtigen Leben notwendig, es war auch nicht immer einfach die Aufgaben zu erarbeiten.Zwei Psychologen haben es nicht geschafft dass ich besser mit dem Trauma und mit mir selbst zurechtkomme. Bei uns in Deutschland haben die allerwenigsten Psychologen Ahnung von Narzissmus und erst recht null Ahnung davon, welche Probleme ein Mensch in sich trägt der jahrelang unter den Missbrauch seit seiner Kindheit gelitten hat. Bei der Traumabewältigung braucht man aber einen sinnvollen Leitfaden, weil man ja sein Leben lang manipuliert und fertig gemacht wurde, man muss sein eigenes Verhalten analysieren und wissen wo man ansetzen muss, sonst sucht man sich immer wieder die selben missbräuchlichen Partnerschaften, Freundschaften und Arbeitsatmosphären.In diesem Buch habe ich einen super Leitfaden gefunden, zumindest wurde ein guter Grundstein gesetzt. Nach und nach fallen einem dann selbst die Baustellen auf an denen man noch arbeiten muss.Vorausgehend würde ich aber zum Einstieg andere Lektüre empfehlen, um überhaupt den Begriff Narzissmus zu verstehen und was das mit einem selbst gemacht hat.

When used in conjunction with his first book “Codependent No More Practical Guidance to Fix…” this workbook is extremely useful. I highly recommend it if you are going through rough times and don’t know what to do or what to work on. The examples are very clear and defeating codependency will be much easier when you have these two tools!Recommend highly!
