It is for 90 days. Each week gives you a page to meal prep and each week has 7 pages for you to document your daily goals and achievements. The beginning starts with an amazing quote and gives you a spot to put a before pic, in the back you put an after Pic. There's a jar where you color in pounds lost. I recommend this 100%

Great book for those who like to journal. It’s nice to see all my accomplishments for the day on one page. I take it with me to work everyday to jot down snacks and lunch, and note any lunchtime or break time walks. I jot down my steps at the end of the day too. It would be nice if there were a few more daily feelings emojis to select from, so sometimes I draw in my own faces. But overall great quality book with lots of little places to track your journey.

I love the cover. It is well organized inside and easy to use. I get a giggle out of seeing the cover every time. The texture of the book is a little velvety feeling for paper and is matte. I even like the smooth paper texture of the interior. Some cheap papers tend to make my hand itchy when I write on them and this one did not do it. I am really happy with this log book!
