I hesitate to even post this because it’s almost always sold out at Whole Foods (which is why I’ve resorted to buying in bulk via Bolo) but this rice is really, really good.I’ve spent years avoiding “carbs” but I honestly feel great after eating this rice and I love its texture (a bit firmer than regular white or brown rice). Maybe it’s the “superfood” of it or perhaps it’s the placebo effect… i don’t care, I love it.
