I've been aware of magnesium supplements and their for about a decade. During this time, I've tried about every major brand. I thought it was just one of those supplements that are healthy for you to take but not something you necessarily feel a difference with.Before this brand, I never understood when people said their magnesium helped them sleep or reduce anxiety. Now I get it. I've been having major sleep issues for the past few months. All of a sudden I started sleeping 8 hours normally again. I thought my body figured itself out.But then I realized I started taking this magnesium. I had no expectations of better sleep when I started taking it. I just wanted to keep healthy magnesium levels and possibly help blood pressure.When I realized it was the magnesium, I started taking 3 pills before bed and that's when it became really apparent. The BEST SLEEPS I've had for years ensued. It's been about 4 weeks since starting to use like this, and it's still going strong. Not every night is a home run but it's 95% better than I was. I thought the issue was getting older and in would never sleep a full 8 hours again. But now I am! No needs for naps in the middle of the days now.I am truly grateful for this magnesium product. It has set a new standard for me. I am really shocked that none of the other premium brands I used in the past had these effects. I bought this to save money but it seems they also have the BEST quality on top of the BEST price.

It's kind of hard to determine how well this product is doing. I'm using it for overall health to make sure that I have enough of this mineral to help maintain a healthy blood pressure. My blood pressure has improved, but I'm also loading up on zinc caplets as well as pumpkin and flax seeds which provide more zinc. In addition, I exercise daily, take deep breaths, and eat well. I believe, that together, it all helps with my blood pressure reduction to a healthier zone. The price for this particular bottle is reasonable.

Perfect for sleep as a great alternative to melatonin. Was a bit skeptical on how it would work but taking an hour before I want to sleep works like a charm!!

I was a little skeptic in buying these. But after 2 days going into 3, I can truly say I am hurt in spending my money.These are wonderful supplements. I havent tried any other brands in this particular magnesium. But I think I am happy where I am with these right here. They very relaxing, like others I fine I sleep better, they help with joint and muscle pain as well. It says it help with enyzmes and other things like bathroom movements, not having a problem there neither.I hope I can come back and give an update later. But I am extremely happy with these supplements works much better for me than "Calm" magnesium or "Natures" brand as well. Thank you Bolo for a good find. The bottle is huge 400 capsules. Well worh the money, great buy!!!

Dusty and old bottle.
Very clearly old bottle, protective sticker on the bottle’s opening lid is Frassy. Bottle came old and dusty. I just hope it doesn’t affect product’s quality.
