I have been taking these now for over a year. They are less expensive that some other advertised products, but they do the same thing! I can feel the difference when I take these vs. when I don't. I know I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables and these bridge that gap. I highly recommend.

It’s hard to tell which fruit and vegetable supplements are the best. I took a guess and decided to try this Swartz daily vegetables and fruits. I don’t notice any difference in my health, but maybe it’s doing me some good. I wanted to make sure I got Beetroot, spinach, kale in my veggie supplements. In my fruit supplements, I wanted pomegranate, blueberries , grapefruit and elderberries. These supplements have what I wanted . Not all supplements include those particular fruits and vegetables. I just hope it’s doing me some good. I’ll use them for a little while and see if I feel a difference. It can’t hurt.

My disabled son needed more vegetables and fruits in his diet. His doctor also stated that he was low in potassium and folic acid. This has made a significant impact in life. His skin and overall health improved drastically. He is such a picky eater. I’m grateful. Thank you.

I’ve been taking these supplements for months now, and the reason is to ensure I am getting the appropriate amounts of fruits and vegetables, daily. I’ve recently lost about 40 lbs and with dieting it’s very important to get the appropriate levels of nutrition, when eliminating and avoiding many foods. I am very satisfied with these supplements and will continue taking them in the future. I feel great, and I truly believe these products have greatly contributed to that!

I purchased this product without reading reviews. When I received it, I opened it immediately. The capsules are quite large. The veggie one tastes like fish food smells! It’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever taken. After I choked 3 down, I tried the fruit, they weren’t to bad. I decided at that point to read the reviews. After reading I figured I would count mine since most say that there were some missing. The fruit bottle had 5 missing, 4 broken ones and about a 1/4 inch of the powder in the bottom of the container. I didn’t even bother counting the veggies because I didn’t want to have to smell it again. Very disappointed in this product and I would highly advise people to avoid it.
