The date gives the feel and texture of caramel. It's not the best chocolate, but all together it tastes delicious. Too pricey to buy frequently - but once in a while will have to do.

I got the pistachio variety and they are really delicious. Individually wrapped, they have a very light chocolate coating with a nice snap to it when you bite in, and several pistachio nuts inside each date. So good, I'm adding another flavor to my next order to try.

I live these snacks. The individual wrapped packages makes it easy to pop in my purse in the go. Unlike similar brands these are moist and fresh.

I'm always on the hunt for good quality, small portion treats for my office desk drawer, and wow did these look ideal. Fancy grade chocolate, pistachios, and dates are all things I really like, so they're going to be better together, right? Eh, it's ok - the flavors don't really play off each other in a way that makes them better than the sum of their parts. They certainly don't taste bad or spoiled, just kinda blah all together. Perhaps any 2 of the 3 ingredients without the 3rd would have been more enticing? The chocolate shell is just thin enough to fracture easily, so biting into one of these results in an assortment of small chocolate flakes everywhere, and messy is not ideal at the office.On the plus side, the dates are soft and fresh, the chocolate is of good quality, and these are individually packaged so easy to share with an officemate that deserves some of your private stash.

Good but not great for the $$
I got the orange rind one. They taste ok but it's not as tasty as i had hoped for. I don't eat refined sugar so I was looking forward to this as a special treat. You get 7 of them in a pack for $35.99. Just over $5 each. The chocolate is not 'velvety' as advertised. It's kind dried out and it crumbles off the date. I wouldn't buy them again at this price. I'm a bit disappointed tbh.
