Their customer service contacted me and offered to “help make it right”. Keep in mind this incident was caused by my actions, under normal use it would have lasted a very long time. They are sending me a replacement. I really didn’t think companies would stand behind their product like this. Excellent customer service.I really had high hopes. I used it the first day to move gravel to a new walkway and it worked great…better than a wheel barrel because you don’t have to worry about balancing it. The 2nd day I dug a trench for some corrugated pipe. The dirt was pretty wet and when I took it back to dump it the wagon got away from me because of the weight. The wagon ran into previous pile of dirt and damaged the front axel. My fault. If I had thought about it I would have backed the wagon down the slope. At this point it is not usable. I knew up front that I would probably exceed its abilities but hoped it would last longer the two days.

I wanted one with solid tires so I wouldn't have to worry about them continually Going flat..says will carry 400 pounds. polycart wall is a little flimsy but I think it will do otherwise pretty solid cart. I greased the wheel stems. There was excessive weld slags on one of the angle iron and it was not laying flat against the bottom so I had to get my grinder and grind that off

Our Hard Bilt Model GCB-1100 (600-lb. load) arrived early. The box was taped and the inside packing slightly damaged, with the hardware in a plastic bag because the laminated card had broken, suggesting it may have been a return. Nevertheless, all the pieces were there and looked fine once I carefully counted everything (recommended before assembly). Assembly took about 1-1/2 hours. READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. I recommend watching the assembly video (on the sales site or via the QR code on the instructions) for the first couple of steps.Their list of tools needed (just a Phillips screwdriver and adjustable wrench) is inadequate. Here's what I needed: a socket wrench with 13mm, 14mm, 3/4" and 7/8" sockets (near-equivalents in SAE are probably fine); adjustable wrench (or vise grips or pliers); Phillips or flathead screwdriver (Phillips works well, but all screws in my kit were both Phillips and slotted), and something thin to separate the cotter pin arms once the wheels are on. (Note that the adjustable wrench or pliers are to HOLD bolts while you use the socket wrench to turn the nuts, not to turn the nuts. (You CAN use an adjustable wrench rather than sockets, or simple open-end wrenches, but it would be a royal pain.) Once assembled, the cart is a thing of beauty. Can't wait to use it.

Purchased this cart to be able to easily mulch planting beds. Well built with a metal base and wide tires. Much easier to use and maneuver than a wheelbarrow. It helped me move 8 cubic yards of mulch around some difficult turns on my property. Very easy to use the dump function and the large tires can handle any terrain. I also use it to stack branches when pruning. Extremely pleased with this purchase.

Early days, but this product is exactly what I thought I was ordering. Previous reviews had some complaints about the assembly instructions; I found them to be fine. Admittedly, the picture from step 1 did not show where all 8 screws were to go, but the step 2 picture resolved any confusion. The cart assembled easily and does exactly the job I needed. And the hard tires will never go flat!I haul plants, rocks, and brush with it, and I've had no problems.

I am happy with this wheelbarrow/wagon. One of my neighbors had me bring it over to his place so that we could use his lug wrenches to put the wagon together. But once all of the pieces were put together, it works beautifully!

Fairly easy to assemble, should tell you to use a socket wrench or vise grips instead of an adjustable wrench.Exactly what we need for at our cabin for hauling and dumping. We bought this on a recommendation from someone who really likes theirs.

O.k. I love this thing. I bought it to help with gardening but because of recovery from a fall, I use it to bring stuff from the car into house, taking in groceries and carrying in deliveries too heavy to carry, it’s a godsend. Easy to assemble despite my aversion to following instructions and easy to keep clean. Perfect size to carry a lot and still turn corners. If I had space in my garage I would give it it’s own parking space.
