I have terrible feet from running for over 45 years. I now have a few pesky corns on my left foot, which I am trying to remove. In the interim, I am using these corn pads. These work great, so well that I could jog a couple of miles today and walk on the trail. I highly recommend them,

These pads are very comfortable, and thick, but the adhesive is not strong enough. These pads have a tendency to move or slide during your daily activities and can get dislodged while putting your socks on. I will not purchase again.
