Very pleased by the stamped expiration date on my three cans: "2032". Will last a while. Reviews say that they taste like "real" eggs. We'll find out. I hope so.

The flavor and versatility of these egg crystals is amazing. If you're looking for something that you can have stored for a rainy day these are the ones I would recommend.Very convenient (add water and stir), looks and tastes like eggs, cooks like eggs (scrambled), bakes like eggs, AND has a great shelf life as per the info . Will know about that after shelving it . Vendors ships fast and was packaged well. Only downside I see is that I can't make the sunny side up which I enjoy 😊 They are not powdered like other powdered eggs, these taste much better. They scramble well and make good omelets The secret if there is one is to mix well so there is no after taste, a mistake I made in the beginning. I will have a bunch on hand. I also do not need to refrigerate. 👍May end up ordering for the rainy days & as a part of my emergency kits living her in CA.

I’m so glad I bought this product with the price of eggs increasing, and at times not even being in stock at the stores I shop at. Mountain Essentials Powdered Egg Crystals are great for any meal, and it is easy to store. It works as a great substitute in various recipes, especially for baked goods. I’ve tried various powdered egg products, but this is by far the tastiest. Highly recommended!
