Quality, functions well, quiet, nice size, easy to empty, does not throw heat , perfect styling, nice length cord, holds a lot of water in the tank, auto shut off when full, protection against freezing, handles a large room in our basement and a great value. This is the third one we have purchased for various locations over a number of years. They are very durable. Best dehumidifiers we have ever used! 🥇🏆

ok - Where to begin. We bought this same unit last year that didn't want to start when we set it up this year. Based on dehumidifiers poor performances overall, we bought an Asurion 2-year policy. The policy kicked in and we were given our purchase price within five (yes, FIVE) minutes of filing. From the reviews, we decided to try a Waykar unit. First one came and ran continually for DAYS w/o getting close to our 40% setting - and it was significantly louder than the Frigidaire. We sent it back and thought we'd try the large unit, Waykar 2000. OMG - could hardly talk above the noise that one gave off and IT didn't do well getting the humidity lower than 48%. So, it went back - what a pain. We finally purchased the Frigidaire 2024 "updated" version of the unit we purchased last year. I'm sorry - you can't beat the quietness of this unit. We bought another insurance policy that we expect we'll need to use in the next couple years, but it'll be worth the trouble for the large tank, quiet running, and it ACTUALLY gets the humidity down to 35% where I want it! We do not purchase insurance regularly from Bolo, but because dehumidifiers are SO unreliable, for us, it's money well spent.

We have purchased this before. We burned out the motor by running the unit when it was too cold in our closed up cottage. Our fault! This dehumidifier gets the water out of the air super well. It is easy to use and not a problem to clean the filter. Great brand, and easy to look up info on the Internet if you have any questions. Recommend this one!

Got this for my utility shed on my carport which was smelling very musty because it gets a lot of water inside when there's a heavy rain. It seems to be working well. Easy to set, filter is easy to get out and clean, bucket is a bit awkward to empty (needs some kind of spout, I think) but doable. Casters roll easily (probably too easily!). Will have to put it on a stand of some sort to keep it out of any water that gets in the shed and plan to have my contractor connect it to an outside drain pipe so I won't have to empty the bucket. I like it that the place where the drain hose will go is screw on, not just a piece of tubing like on another dehumidier I looked at. I have it set on medium and it is fairly noisy but since I can't hear it from inside the house, I don't really care about that. The shed feels dryer and doesn't smell musty anymore but then we've been going through a dry spell with high temperatures and low humidity so I don't know yet how it will work when it's damp and humid. I did have to call Customer Service at Frigidaire about how it was running and found that totally worthless. After several minutes of being on hold while the person had to "research" the issue, she finally just read the start up instructions that I'd already done and had told her that I'd already done that.

A year ago I bought a couple dehumidifiers on Bolo, it was some unknown brand called Airgjob. I paid almost $450 total and they both stopped working within a month. However, I didn't use the units right after I bought them, so they sat around for a few months and so I started using them and then after 3 or 4 weeks of use that is when they ended up not pulling water out of the air. I contacted their customer service and they had one fake websiteand after a few questions thankfully they refunded both of them. I think they know they were garbage.So in March of this year when the air conditioning needs to start to work, I saw this on sale for $220. I knew the Frigidaire Brand is extremely reliable and I've had a refrigerator of theirs that have lasted almost 20 years and still working like it's new. I run it about 8 hours a day on the maximum high air output and at the coldest setting. The bucket is full at the end of 8 hours. I've done that for almost 5 months now and it's works excellent. I'm so sold on the performance that I bought two more of these units, only with the most recent so which is $229. I got the 3-year warranty as a just in case. Dehumidifiers aren't known to be machines that last and extremely long time, but I've read reviews that some people have used theirs for 8 years or more. Hopefully these will do the same! Just don't forget to wash the filter in the back. The only downside is it continually runs air even though it's met the humidity requirement. So it may be more expensive on the electric bill, but it's been a solid performing unit and I really have no complaints. If you need to run it 24/7, perhaps get two units and then use the auto shut off after a certain amount of hours. And have the other one automatically turn on after a number of hours. It automatically stops when the bucket gets full of water. If it runs non-stop with a continual drain, there might be a risk of the compressor just burning out without a rest. Which would be ideal if you had two units to give each other a break.

Fridgedair dehumidifier
It is a 35 pint dehumidifier and I've had it on continuous for about 2 weeks works very well dries my basement completely and also shows me the humidity level I would recommend this product
Pump seized working after 2 weeks/Disappointing Amazon Service
Initially, the appliance appeared to be in working order, however the pump that pumps water via a hose to a drain, allowing the dehumidifier to be used constantly without the need to empty the bucket, failed after only two weeks of use. Bolo delivered the appliance to my rural Ontario home via UPS, but left it up to me to manage the return of this big and cumbersome equipment. I have to drop it off at the nearest Canada Post or UPS drop off location, both of which are approximately 35 kilometres from my residence. There were no pick-up options from my house. Overall, this is a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend purchasing this humidifier or any other larger equipment from Bolo.
