Works better than similar brands I have tried that were cheaper but not as effective. Also, good taste. I have proven this in head to head comparison and monitoring my sleep in great detail.

My doctor recommended this to help improve sleep during pregnancy, and it truly works.After trying it both with and without, I can confidently say I’ll never sleep without it again. The difference in my sleep quality is noticeable. I fall asleep more easily, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling genuinely rested with fewer hours of sleep.I also use it during times of heightened stress, and it consistently helps me stay calm, focused, and centered. It’s become an essential part of both my nighttime routine and overall wellness.

I've been using this brand for years based on a doctor recommendation. Generally speaking the product itself is amazing!! Highly recommend. Helps with migraines, sleep and a bunch of other magnesium deficiency issues you might have.I've always purchased the wild berry. It's very sweet so I switched to the pills when they released that option last year. They are a higher cost/unit so while I love the convenience, I thought I'd try the unflavored powder. I amnot a fan at all. It's not completely tasteless. It changes your water to a chalky flavor. Even in a flavored water I could taste it. It's so bad, I haven't been taking it at night before bed. I have an entire container to get through though! IMO, go with the flavored powder or get even better choice, purchase the pills.Giving 4 stars bc of the flavor. Debated on 3 but all else is fine with the product and generally love it.

Recommended by a Dr., I used to only be able to get it from their office. It is amazing that I can order from Bolo. It is life changing for anxiety and sleep problems. You don't have to use the large scoop included, that amount can upset your stomach. Start with a small amount and increase until anxiety and mood gets better. I will use this forever.

I purchased this item because I have a very good friend who is a nurse that recommended this. I originally bought this to try for my son to help alleviate some of the headaches he’s been having, however through all that I found out that I sleep sooooo well after taking it myself. I feel super relaxed and I’m able to just drift off to la la land. 10/10 would recommend.
