I have ordered these tins many times over the last year. They are perfect for my hand crafted candles. They are always delivered quickly & I have never received any damaged tins in my shipments. I will definitely use these again.

I don’t know where the No star option is so I had to put down 1 star. I ordered these for a sweet 16 order that I received, the order was for 100 candles. I noticed that when pouring the wicks were loosening after a minute or so…I emptied all of those candles, threw the wicks out and figured maybe these tins just heat up more than the glass, jars, and other tins I’ve worked with so o decided to try to pour at a lower temperature. I did so and the wicks seems to be fine after that. I tested a few with different scents that I had poured and all seemed to be good, I then proceeded in pouring about 105 candles, I let them harden, hit them with the heat gun to get imperfections on the tops settled, labeled and after curing a bit boxed them up as I normally do. I met my customer today as her daughters party is tomorrow, dropped off the order. Later that night I lit two extra ones out of the extra five that I had kept. And after a bit, that is my result, the wick migrating towards the edge of the tin. I then went and checked the other candle and the same thing had occurred. I at 2am had to message my customer that they are not safe to give as favors and she will be refunded in the morning, that I was deeply sorry. For her to please throw them out, imagine doing such hard work and having to tell someone to throw your products out! I wasted my time, money, along with putting my business reputation on the line. I have never purchased tins from this company and I am so sorry that I did! I’ve been making candles for 10 years and have worked with just about every jar, tin, stone, wood pieces, everything and never have had this safety hazard occur. That’s what these tins are, a HAZARD. I use amazing quality glue sticks as well, these tins heat up past the normal tin temp should where the glue can actually have a fighting chance adhering. For everyone who left such a good review, have you really tested these tins thoroughly? I lost money in oils, wax, wicks, and even upgraded my business insurance tonight after seeing what was occurring, imagine if I hadn’t burned the extra ones I kept for myself! I feel so sorry that my customers daughters will have no favors for her guests and that someone could have been harmed burning a product I created with a tin this company sold me.

I’ve been making candles for 10 years and have worked with just about every jar, tin, stone, wood pieces, everything and never have had this safety hazard occur. That’s what these tins are, a HAZARD.
