I was definitely lacking in vitamins because my diet is not that great. I know that Mary Ruth Organics is a great, clean brand as I also give my son their child gummies. The flavor is delicious and not overwhelming. They are nice and soft and chewy. I have been taking these for about a month and a half and have definitely felt an improvement in my mood and energy levels. They are a little pricey but I have them on subscribe and save so I can get them for less. Overall these taste great and definitely make me feel much better. I definitely recommend them.

Love these. Finally a multivitamin that has all the ingredients I want and need (especially Zinc & Selenium) AND does not upset my stomach. Taste great. They are never hard as some other gummy vitamins I have tried. I normally don't want the extra sugar in my diet but it's a trade off for actually being able to tolerate them. I have tried soooo many other multivitamins and end up throwing them out due to intolerance for one reason or another (indigestion/upset stomach). Nice to find a product I like, can tolerate and can trust for quality.

I love the quality of this brand! These multivitamin gummies taste like a sweet snack — it’s hard to believe they’re so good for you. I actually look forward to taking them every day. The ingredients are clean and organic, which makes me feel good about what I’m putting in my body.Highly recommend if you want something that’s both healthy and delicious!

These taste and smell soooo good! They are heart shaped gummies with an amazing flavor. They are organic/vegan and carry some vitamins that are essential to your body. I definitely love these and actually need to order some more!

These are a tasty, well tolerated vitamin that seems a bit pricey. I did notice my mood and body felt "better" (more energy, less feeling groggy) while taking. I would say I like the liquid Mary Ruth with Hair Growth formula a little better because I noticed "results" more but this will do.

This vitamin is delicious and organic. Best tasting vitamin and spoiler alert is heart shaped to start you day off real nice. Has methycobalimin b12 that is healther than cyana. I would highly suggest and repurchase.

I love Mary Ruth’s organics. I trust the brand and I know the ingredients are good! The only thing is I cannot tolerate the liquid form. I didn’t realize they had a gummy version until now! They taste AMAZING, but still have the same amazing ingredients. I’ve only been taking them for a few days, so I can’t speak to any of the long term benefits, but I just by looking at the ingredients, they are definitely the best option for a gummy vitamin. If you’re someone like me who hates liquid/pill vitamins, you will love these!
