Great little claw machine. Purchased for 7 yo girl; but it was a huge hit for the whole family. Thankfully there is a volume control. Two years and it is still working!

fun toy for kids. overall good purchase, not too big. Sounds can be turned on or off. Claw moves easily and not too fast, not too slow.

The media could not be loaded. This is now the second machine that came to me. It was my son’s bday gift. The second one came just in time for my son’s party last night., I was so excited!!! I had the exact same issues- if you put the coin in and do not move the claw the music will play. If you put the coin in and move the claw the machine shuts off. Not only am I so disappointed with this item, my 5 year old, who only wanted a claw machine for his bday, has been in tears- 2 Times!!! Strongly suggest not to buy.

I ordered this for my son's 6th bday. It came and it didn't work. I reached out to the service team and they sent me some tips to try and resolve the issue. Still didn't work. I notified them and they quickly sent ne a replacement. The service was fantastic.The product itself (they working one) is just ok. It's kinda neat and fun for a bit .it came with little stuffed guys and I bought some other little candy and toys to add to it. The music would be great if the volume could be adjusted, it's either loud as can be or off.The controls are easy to use but but they don't always work as they should .the claw is run by a chain so that is also loud and sounds like something is breaking when it's in use. It just it is also smaller then the image on the listing makes it seem.Overall great customer service. But just keep in mind this is more of a novelty type toy , it's neat but could be better

I had ordered a similar product this for my children, a year or so ago and decided to gift one to a friend. I feel it with dollar store toys and let my kids play with it, taking turns and keeping the prices that they win. It’s a good toy to play with on cold days when we can’t go outside and it keeps their attention for a long time. I love that this option has the ability to turn off the sound, one of the other vending machines we had did not, and it literally drove me insane. This is a smaller units and what we had before, but seems to be good quality and will work well.

Really cute set and the claw works well. My kids love how fun it is. My only complaint with this toy is that the coin compartment is not well attached and it falls off often when moving it, sending all the coins flying all over my house. Super frustrating! My 3 yr old has a hard time navigating it himself, so I would recommend for 5+

Our daughter has played with this non stop. She’s obsessed with claw machines at arcades so this was a home run. The plushies that come with it are the best size and weight, but we’ve tried a few candies. They’re definitely harder to get, but she enjoys that. The plushies are easy to learn how to grab. We sometimes use this as a way for her to pick out her evening treat. And seeing as it can only pick up very small candies it’s a win win as far as I’m concerned. Haha! Assembly was easy as well as learning how to use it. The only drawback I see is if a child were to be even a little rough with it, I could see it stop working pretty quickly. The parts are a bit flimsy. So be sure to encourage gentle use.
