Recently diagnosed with RA and Lupus. Many aches and pains when getting up in the morning. I have taken this now for 5 days and already feel a difference. It normally takes me a few hours to get really moving but this product has seemed to help me get a faster start to my day. Inflammation has also seemed to subside. I will update my post in 30 days to share if I see further progress. Easy to swallow capsules and product has no oder.

I’ve been using these for 4 weeks now and I’ve noticed an energy boost. They do smell kind of mineral-y but they don’t taste bad. These are big capsules though, so you don’t like taking pills I wouldn’t recommend. Also since I’ve been taking them, I haven’t had as many stomach aches

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life.Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally.Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.
