Taste great. Been using these in a variety of applications and recipes. This is a classic brand so you kinda can’t go wrong with this one. Its consistency and quality is standard. Nothing artificial or unclean. Its color is perfect and it’s very strong which is exactly what you want. The container has no leak problems and seal as well. This is a quality product at a very reasonable price.

I’ve tried other almond extract brands before, but the flavor was never as clear or rich as Watkins. This one has a strong, natural almond taste that really stands out in baked goods without being overpowering or fake. Just a small amount adds the perfect touch, and it blends beautifully into everything from cookies to pancakes.The ingredients are simple and clean, and I love that it doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste some others do. Honestly, the price isn’t much higher than comparable brands, but the quality is noticeably better—totally worth it.It’s Watkins only for me from now on!

I started buying Watkins vanilla a few years ago. I normally would purchase McCormick, and that is still a great product, but the price was crazy high. Watkins is a much more reasonable price - approximately $1 per ounce - and I think the flavor is excellent. It is real vanilla (as was the McCormick I previously used) and the flavor is great. Definitely worth the money if you want a quality vanilla to use in your baking.

I have a 6-month-old who absolutely refuses to take a bottle. I got to a point where I really needed my baby to start drinking from a bottle and read somewhere that non-alcoholic vanilla extract could be added to encourage a baby to take the bottle. I was desperate so I went ahead and gave it a shot. Overall, highly recommend! If you are also struggling with fishy breast milk or bottle refusal, get this! The color, taste, and smell are identical to the alcoholic version and it taste/looks just like vanilla. All I do is add 2-3 drops out of a dropper and my daughter has no complaints. It is truly a miracle! The bottle does not leak and I would consider it appropriately priced.

I’d like to add this to my milk before I put it in my Breville frother. It’s not really strong, but it also does not leave any aftertaste so I’m happy about that.

I love this large (11 oz) bottle of Almond Extract! I make Almond Paste and use about three tablespoons of it per batch. Then I make a batch of coconut almond macaroons and use another three tablespoons. Even with that it takes several rounds to use up a bottle! The cost is so much lower per ounce when you buy it in this larger size. I recommend it to you. Oh, yes, the almond flavor is quite wonderful!

I use this Wilton clear vanilla primarily for decorating sugar cookies. Keeping icing bright and white is important. Traditional vanilla extract tends to tint royal icing a beige or off-white color, but this clear version keeps everything looking crisp and clean.Flavor-wise, it's definitely an imitation vanilla, so it doesn’t have the depth or warmth of pure vanilla extract. That said, it still adds a sweet, pleasant vanilla scent and taste—especially once mixed into icing or baked goods. It’s ideal when color matters more than complexity of flavor.Another plus is that the bottle has a narrow spout which helps control the pour and avoid waste. A little goes a long way. I've had no issues with separation or off smells, and the shelf life is awesome.Overall, this is a must-have in my bsking toolkit. I wouldn’t use it for high-end baking where vanilla is a star ingredient, but for cookies, frosting, and cakes that need to stay visually bright—this is my go to every time.Pros:- Keeps icings bright white- Sweet, clean vanilla flavor- Easy to pour and great shelf lifeCons:- Not as deep a flavor as real vanilla- Slight artificial aftertaste if too heavy handed
