I have a perpetually low Vitamin D and always have to take supplements to maintain normal healthy levels. These supplements aren't really different than others available in a softgel offering this same dose. They are small and easy to swallow and they do seem to have a decent efficacy since my last check showed normal results. They are reasonably priced for what they offer. I don't have any negative effects (burbs, stomach upset, etc...) after taking them either. If you need some Vitamin D these will surely help you reach healthy levels when taken over time.

Everything I look for in a D3 supplement: soft gel packed in oil. I prefer the higher dose (10,000IU) as I take 3 times that on most days (clinically low). I usually add in K2 (mk-4) to help the resulting increase in calcium (D3 increases calcium, calcium needs K2 to tell it where to go, otherwise can cause problems just latching on anywhere).These are small easy to swallow softgels. No taste. No stomach upset.5 stars not because it is better but because it is as anticipated. I'd consider it again.
