We bought this dvd due to my hurt leg, and the need for exercise, even if it was a chair exercise dvd. Well, we found so much fun, kindness, and a path to good health. My husband and I do one or two of the workouts on this dvd, daily. Devon ( hope this is correct spelling ) is our guide, and is so nice, and gives us the impetus to do these every day. He gives us hope, and enthuses us to do the whole first workout ( there are 18 in all ) and one more. We have been working our way down the list. I like the seated routines the most, but am trying to branch out into the standing workouts. I find if I hold on to the chair, I am able to do exercise that will work on well needed balance. We can see a difference. I can see it in a more visible waist, better, less floppy arms! It also works on your core, which is very important, to have a strong core. There is a website, as well. You can see all kinds of people who have this dvd, and have been successful! Other dvds are available there. Seniors share the ways these dvds have made their lives better, weight they have lost and more. Give it a try. I actually look forward to doing "our exercises."

This video is great for beginners that are out of shape. The instructor is so good at what he does. I am very pleased with this video of chair yoga.

I like the exercises but they are too short in length. Some them I really like such as the boxing as they are a lot longer and feel like I get a better workout. The one for balance is way too short.
