I started streaming on a new smart TV and it wasn’t working well & I upgraded to a Nighthawk Dual-Band WiFi 6 Mesh System. Our internet was supposed to be 500 Gbps but our speed was only 26 Gbps with the old router. With the new router, the speed went to 540! Everything runs much faster now - our laptop, mobile phones, streaming. I love the fact that NETGEAR has an app to make setup easier. And the fact that we have a second box upstairs makes a huge difference. No dead spots! It took two tries to do the setup but I like that I could easily change the name of the network & the password. Love it.

Do not buy this product. We got it and we’re not able to connect the satellite to the router. After 4.5 hours including a chat session and three phones calls it was determined the satellite needed an update. A brand new product should not need an update and the techs responsible to service the product should know immediately what the issue is and be educated on how to resolve it. I will never buy another product form Netgear nor should you. “A smart person does not repeat a mistake a, wise person learns from the mistakes of others’!

Be aware that though this states "tri-band", this is a dual band system. The info in the listing is incorrect.I am considering returning this due to continual connectivity troubles. Devices drop off of internet frequently making it unreliable for work-from-home file transfer and collaboration. The price is fair but not good value if it is not reliable.I've had to pull it offline and replace it with a different brand router which is rock steady, so this one is probably going back to Bolo.Easy to set up and good speed when it ran, but I can only give this two stars for ultimately being unusable.
