What I love about this is that its so easy to move around, 100% portable. I can't always have a work station in one spot and need something that moves around with me. This vise is perfect for that! I'm able to screw and unscrew this and put it wherever my work station is. Once I have it locked into place, I'm able to use this without it coming loose or off. I've been able to cut pipe with either a hand or reciprocating saw and again, this thing doesn't move. I have dropped this numerous times and the only thing wrong with it is it got dirty. But then again, it gets dirty when I use it too. Easy to dust off when I need to too. This thing is still working with all the use it's gotten and I have recommended this vise to a lot of people already. Highly durable and works great.

Every workshop needs one of these. Very strong and sturdy. Easy to install into the space you want it to go. Easy to use and get started with. It has a 3 inch rotating 360 degree swivel base which is great to hold for drilling with metal or woodworking. It holds fast and tight onto anything you need to keep still to work on. Very happy to have found this quality at this price point.

Nice compact vice, and it sets very well on my work surface. My only complaint was how it was shipped. A medioche box in a Poly bag, by the time it reached me the interior box was destroyed, thankfully all parts were there.

You get what you pay for. It works as a vice, but i had issues at its extremes. when fully extended it can slip off the screw. the clams to hold it to a table has not had any issues yet. I don't use it often, but i would spend a bit more for something nicer if you plan to use a vice often.

This item broke the very first time I tried to use it. Absolute garbage quality. The point where the slide touches the screw just snapped in half like nothing.
