I received it in the mail 4days before my period was supposed to start. My period never started and came late. My period is terrible right now but I can’t tell if it’s from the supplement or it progressively getting worse with every birth. I will say I’m sleeping better and my skin looks SO much better!! I used to get that dreaded hormonal acne on my jaw and occasionally on my shoulders. It’s completely gone. I’ve been back into my CrossFit training routine so I’ll have to update weight loss after a longer time spend but it’s only been a little over a week. 🤷🏻♀️ it doesn’t taste like anything I mix it with plain water and chug the bottle. I will update my review after a longer time using it.

I did not think i would love this product as much as I do!!!!! I tooo it only hoping it would regulate my periods (I have pcos) and after about 4 days i realized I didn’t have that “food noise” anymore. I have so much more energy to go to the gym and my mood is not all over the place like usual. I’m on week 3 and I’ve lost 5 pounds!!!!!!! I know it’s from eating healthy and going to the gym but this helps tremendously with the cravings! I haven’t had my period yet because it’s only been 3 weeks but hopefully I get it on time this month! I will update. Will purchase again!

I have PCOS and had not had a period since October of last year. Got my period about 2 weeks after starting this supplement. I will be asking my doctor to redo my lab work at the 3-month mark to check my blood sugar and A1C. Hopeful that it will help with those as well!

I’ve been using this for two weeks now and so far I have noticed less to no hair growth! Ugh. By now I would have had to pluck the hairs I get. I’m so satisfied with that part. I don’t know if it’s the cause of my breakouts though bc my skin has been so clear since before using this. I’m still waiting to see if my period comes. Today I am cramping..so we shall see. I’m actually taking two scoops a day bc one just doesn’t feel efficient to me. I haven’t had a real period since probably October or November, I honestly can’t remember. I’m tired of using birth control, I just want to feel like myself again. I hope my period comes!

For whatever reason, these are easier to swallow than the Peach Perfect Myo-Inositol vitamins. I think they are a little smaller which I appreciate since it is 4 capsules per dose. I prefer these. I started them with a few other vitamins, and my skin has cleared up and hormones I think are sorting out as my period came the day after I started this vitamin regimen ( which was 4 days early) I’m hoping it was a reset. But I’m sleeping better, have good energy and focus, and have clear skin!

I’ve been using this supplement for a few weeks and already feel a difference in my cycle and overall mood. The 40:1 ratio is what my doctor recommended, and I like that it’s easy to take. Great for supporting ovarian health and hormone balance. I’ll definitely keep using it!

I’ve been a loyal customer of SM Nutrition’s Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro for quite some time and have always been very happy with the results—until recently. The quality used to be consistent, and I genuinely felt the benefits of the product. However, my most recent purchases have been very disappointing.I noticed that the capsules are not filled the way they used to be—many are only partially full. Even more concerning, they don’t seem to be working as effectively as they once did. Something seems off, whether it’s the potency or the formulation.It’s frustrating to feel like a product you once trusted has changed, and unfortunately, I can no longer recommend or continue purchasing from this company. I hope they address these issues, but until then, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
