I only take 3 a day bc I weigh 100lbs. After 10 weeks I have had to cut my fingernails back twice because they were getting too long. I have long hair and had snipped off 2 inches before starting and I have to do it again soon. I keep them by the coffee maker and take one each time I make a cup which is about 3 every morning. I may cut back to 2 per day. On a side note, when I saw my doctor, I was having unexplained diarrhea for awhile and she told me about IBGARD and probiotics. I only bought a few IBGARD (12 pills) because of the price but did start probiotics soon after starting this product. I haven't had diarrhea since. Could be a coincidence or the probiotics. I don't know. I definitely recommend for stronger fingernails. As for my skin, I used to bruise easily and I think it's helpful with that.

I bought this item for the good results it has on the skin, hair, and joints, after the first week of taking this pills you can feel the difference. My hair looks more vibrant and I don’t feel my skin is cracked no more, my skin glows.

I had taken collagen for years, but I developed an intolerance for it, so I stopped. Within a few months, my hair was noticeably thinner, my nails were brittle, and my face was hollow. So I tried this. I wish I had found this years ago. I had been taking it only a month when I noticed a difference!
