I take this daily, and since I started, I have not gotten a single UTI. I was getting them at least 9 times per year. They are easy to take, regular capsule sized pills filled with powder. I recommend eating right after taking because otherwise there is a slight pepper flavor at times. I consider this a miracle cure to be honest. Not kidding.

It took about 1 mo. I was going 7 times a night due to tightness, mold detox. Niw I get 2x a nigh, in 9 hrs. I'm good with this. Will continue use. Also doing pelvic floor exercises, and minimal caffeine.

I combined this with their ph balance vagunal wash and it only took a few days for me to see the difference. And my symptoms were terrible I was itchy inside and out, and my discharge was extremely thick, and of course the smell.
